The standard notifications received during a Supplier Document approval process do not give enough business information to ease their treatment.
WHAT THIS ADD-ON DOES
- A Supplier Document creator initiate a new document and submit it for approval
- The performer of the next step receives a notification including: Supplier name, owner name, document type, beginning date, end date, direct access to the banking information to be approved
- The add-on includes 4 notification points:
- New validation to be performed
- Document rejected
- Document approved
- Notification point dedicated to the NDA type
