DESCRIPTION

This add-on automates user provisioning by synchronizing user accounts between the Ivalua platform and Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) using the SCIM protocol. This ensures that user accounts are automatically created, updated, and deactivated in Ivalua when changes occur in Entra ID, improving security, efficiency, and compliance.

Note: This SCIM-certified add-on complies with the Ivalua OAuth protocol and supports tokens with a validity of 20 minutes.

WHAT THIS ADD ON DOES

• Updates the Microsoft Secret Token to secure communication between Ivalua and Entra ID => This step is crucial, it updates Microsoft Secret Token with Ivalua Access Token so that it is always up to date when calling APIs.
• Automates user account management in Ivalua based on changes in Entra ID.
• Creates new user accounts in Ivalua when new users are added in Entra ID.
• Updates user information in Ivalua when user details are modified in Entra ID.
• Deactivates user accounts in Ivalua when users are deleted or disabled in Entra ID.
