How can controlling the spending process support a group’s growth?

Customer description

Since 2018, Cyrias has been supporting the digital evolution of a major mutual group operating in the health and social protection sector in France. In a context marked by regulatory changes, this group has decided to strengthen the control of its expenses and the management of its relations with its suppliers. To achieve this, it chose to adopt the Ivalua solution and entrusted its implementation to the Cyrias teams.

  • +1000 internal users

  • +11,500 suppliers

  • +20,000 orders per year

  • 26 incoming and outgoing interfaces

  • +30,000 invoices processed each year

Customer challenges

Originally initiated in 2016 for one entity, the project took on a new dimension with the creation of a group in 2017. The creation of this new organization enabled 1/ the use of the Ivalua platform to be confirmed as the reference tool for the management of spending for all subsidiaries, and 2/ the confirmation of the roll-out strategy for business processes common to all subsidiaries in the group (Core Model approach). This was the context in which the Cyrias teams came into play. The combination of our consultants’ business and Technical.

expertise of our consultants allowed us to secure the implementation of the Core Model, its roll-out to users and to meet the following challenges :

Controlling spending commitments

for a consolidated view of expenditure commitments.

Harmonization practices

Traceability flows
